Questions about regular cleaning
- How often can I schedule regular cleaning?
- Weekly, every two weeks, or monthly — whatever fits your home and your schedule. Most clients choose every two weeks. You can adjust the frequency anytime things change.
- Will I always get the same cleaning team?
- We do our best to keep things consistent. When someone is unavailable, we send a team member who has been briefed on your notes. Every visit is held to the same standard regardless of who comes.
- What if I need to skip a visit or reschedule?
- Give us reasonable notice and we'll move the visit. We ask for at least 24 hours when possible so we can adjust the schedule. We understand that plans change.
- Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
- No. Most clients give us a key or door code and go about their day. We'll reach out when we're done. If you have specific instructions for a visit, just leave a note or send a message.
- Do you bring all the supplies and equipment?
- Yes — we bring everything we need. If you have a product you'd prefer we use in a specific area of your home, just let us know and we'll work with it.
- Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
- No contracts. We earn your business on every visit. If something doesn't meet your expectations, let us know right away and we'll make it right.
